Architectural committee

Any exterior alteration and/or construction plans to a property in Grand Oaks Subdivision must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee for approval. This includes, but is not limited to, fences, swimming pools, driveway extensions, patios, landscaping, etc. (See Article VIII of the Restrictive covenants for more information.)

Complete project plans, showing location, nature, shape, height, material, color, etc. must be submitted with the application form provided below. Projects should not commence until written approval is received by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).

Always check with the Architectural Control Committee if you are not sure if approval is required. You may email your request to info@renmgt.com.

Please be sure to complete the application in its entirety and provide all requested documentation.
